• State officer candidates will be evaluated based on various attributes, their builders and indicators required for fulfilling the job description of a state FFA officer. An attribute is defined as a quality or feature regarded as a characteristic or inherent part of someone or something.

• The attributes will be determined by the state election committee prior to interviews. They will not be shared or published.

There will be an opportunity for Area Coordinator and Area Election Officials to join a Zoom meeting to be able to ask questions and gain further clarification on the selection process. The zoom meeting will be on December 11, 2024 at 4:00pm. This meeting will be recorded and shared.

The 2024-2025 State Officers will be tasked with attending their respective Area Conventions to ensure the integrity of the process is being followed. State officers should be included in all aspects of the election process during your Area Convention/ Election process.
