Overview
The National Chapter Award Program is designed to award FFA chapters who actively implement the FFA mission and strategies.  These chapters improve chapter operations by using a Program of Activities (POA), which emphasizes student development, chapter development and community development. Chapters are rewarded for providing educational experiences for their entire membership.  Chapters should apply for this award to let the public know the chapter’s accomplishments, receive recognition for members’ efforts and develop pride in the chapter.

Measurable success is key to success in the National Chapter Award evaluation process.  Chapters should have clear objectives and some documented, objective yardstick to gauge success of programs highlighted in the application.

The National FFA Organization will send a staff member to work as a consultant to this year's national chapter award selection committee at the state level and assist in the effort to improve the evaluation process.  Advisors seeking to improve their chances in this award program should plan to attend the award selection and degree check to determine what revisions should be made before their applications move on to national competition.
**The 2021 National Chapter Award Application MUST be completed online, this award application has transitioned to an online only process.**
