The Texas FFA Association proudly announces a statewide community service initiative, Plant the Future: Texas FFA Community Tree Planting Initiative. This event invites all chapters to unite during National FFA week to plant trees in their local communities, fostering environmental stewardship and community engagement.

By participating, members will:

• Enhance urban and rural green spaces.

• Promote sustainability and climate awareness.

• Strengthen connections with local residents, businesses, and organizations.

Each chapter will collaborate with local partners to select suitable planting sites, secure tree donations, and organize educational sessions about the importance of trees for ecosystems and future generations.
