Mia Balko was an Agriculture Science teacher for many years, and she left a lasting impression on many members of the Texas FFA. She continued her support of Ag Education and the Texas FFA in her later career within the Texas Farm Bureau. This scholarship is for college students, majoring in Agricultural Education that are about to begin their Student Teaching. There are four Scholarships are awarded at $1,500 each.
