Convention Housing
Housing for the 2022 Texas FFA State Convention in Fort Worth, TX will open at 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 19, 2022. All reservations must be updated by Friday, May 20th to avoid any penalties.
The housing block is vital to the overall financial viability of the convention.

2022 Convention Pricing
Convention registration will open at 4 pm on April 27 and will close at 5 pm on June 21. Waivers must be completed before any attendee may be registered. No removals or additions to registration will be accepted after registration closes and invoices will be final.
Registration
- Students: $75 or $55 if staying in the housing block
- Advisors: $75 or complimentary if staying in the housing block
- Guests: $75/week or $20/day
- Mike Rowe Keynote: $15 per person
Parking
- Houston Street Garage: $90/week (10 in-and-outs)
- Commerce Street Garage: $90/week (10 in-and-outs) *LOW CLEARANCE*
- Satellite/Oversized Vehicle Parking: $75/week
- Trailer Parking $75/week
- Bus Parking: $100/week
Shuttle available from satellite/oversized/bus parking lot to the convention center for DRIVER'S ONLY

Registration
Chapter Registration
Advisors can register their students, teachers and guests (chaperones, administrators, etc) through the Texas FFA Roster system. Login at https://www.texasffa.org/login.aspx. Choose the Event Registration tab in your menu and select the 2022 Texas FFA Convention. Any Guest Registrations done via the Roster system will be invoiced to the chapter account and payment will be the responsibility of the chapter and must be mailed to the Texas FFA Office as with any other chapter charge. Parents attending as well as any other guests who will not be paid for by the school should register themselves through the guest registration link below.
The deadline for chapter convention registration and changes is 5:00P.M. on June 21, 2022. No changes to registration (including drops) will be allowed after that point for any reason and invoices will be final.
Guest Registration
Guest Registration is now open for parents as well as other visitors who would like to pre-register themselves online to avoid lengthy on-site registration lines. Day passes are $20/person and week passes are $75/person. Payment via credit card is required at the time of online guest registration. To expedite check-in at convention, bring your printed guest registration ticket to the 'Guest Check-in' booth. Click here to register as a guest.

Parking and Transportation
Parking
You can secure parking before you arrive at Convention!
Use the FW Park App available on Apple and Google Play to book and pay in advance.
Here’s How:
- Download the FW Park App: Apple and Google Play
- Click “Reserve” on the bottom menu bar.
- Type “Fort Worth, Texas” in the search bar above the map.
- Click on “Starts” to select the date and time of your arrival.
- Click on “Time” to select the date and time you will depart.
- Click on “Find Parking.”
- Click on the marker on top of the Fort Worth Convention Center.
- Select the parking pass option from the list that best suits your needs.
- Click on the marker at your preferred location.
- You will have to create an account or sign in to complete your booking and pay through the app.
Getting to/from Downtown Fort Worth from DFW Airport
TEXRail
Trinty Metro TEXRail is a 27-mile commuter rail line that extends from downtown Fort Worth, Texas, across northeast Tarrant County, through North Richland Hills and Grapevine, and into Dallas Fort Worth International Airport’s Terminal B. Getting to/from The Stockyards from Downtown
The #15 Stockyards/North Main Bus
Walk a few blocks from the Omni Hotel to the 9th and Main St. bus stop and pick up the #15 Stockyards/North Main bus. You will get off at the Main & Exchange stop.
Getting Around by Bike
You can access one of 50 Fort Worth Bike Sharing stations to get around town on two wheels. With a bike sharing station right across the street from the Omni Hotel and several others near points of interest around Fort Worth, getting around by bike has never been more convenient.

Convention Media Program
The Texas FFA Convention Student Media Program provides a semi-professional environment for students to cultivate skills related to journalism, photography, videography, and video production. It is a week-long experiential learning environment that enables members to apply creativity and technical skills in a fun and practical setting.

Convention Service Projects
Stock the Backpack Community Service Initiative
The Texas FFA Association is excited to partner with Community Partners of Tarrant County and Our Community Our Kids for our annual convention service project. Chapters are encouraged to bring backpacks filled with school supplies to the Texas FFA Convention on July 11-15, 2022. All donations can be dropped off in the exhibit hall where we will stock the stock trailer! More information and a detailed item list can be found here.
Day of Service - Hosted by Weimar FFA
“Keep Fort Worth Beautiful!” This year there will be a list of 13 different community service opportunities that chapters can participate in during the follwing times: Monday 07/11 am, Monday 07/11 pm, Tuesday 07/12 am (specific times are on registration). Teacher Committee Information
There will be a meeting on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 5:00 pm in Room 102 at the Fort Worth Convention Center. This meeting will be for all committee chairs and members. The only exception to this is the Registration Committee. The Registration Committee will meet at 12:15 pm in Hall F.
At this meeting you will:
- Receive your credentials.
- Go over committee assignments for the week.
- Answer any questions for new committee members.
Additionally, as a reminder early registration WILL be available and will be open from 1-6 pm for committee members.
