All students who are applying for the Lone Star FFA Degree, American FFA Degree and/or a star award at any degree levels should use the American Degree application form posted below. Members applying for their Greenhand or Chapter degree at the local level should ask their advisor what type of application should be completed. Applications for all star awards, Lone Star FFA and American FFA degrees should include the latest check sheets, which can be downloaded below.  The most current versions were revised in the spring of 2005. We recommend that you download these documents and compare them against the check sheets presented at your degree check.  Have teachers replace them as needed.
